Kabalarians, Essenes, and Sufis (Catalyst of the Abraham Religions)

{This is one of my old essays I did from the 8th grade. I did some research on the Kabalarians, the Sufis, and the Essenes. I learned a lot from what I found, and I hope you enjoy my paper. Share your opinions and comments on the topic(s) that interest you from the essay. I'd be happy to hear them.}

The Kabalarian philosophy uses a system of mathematics within a name to determine a person's purpose in life. The Kabalarians depend on this special number-to-letter relation to create a personality in which the person favors. Many Kabalarians use this for newborns so they can be destined for certain characteristics. Many famous names for the society are: Madison, Emma, Jacob, Joshua, Abigail, Olivia, Michael, and so on. However, the average person may not believe nor know about this philosophy to have picked these names.

The Essenes are a people of a religion in which only seeks to be closer to God. These people have to be humble and positive no matter where they are or whom they are accompanied by. The circumstances - or the three degrees - are: the respectful privacy (being closest to God in ones temple), being "a couple" (the sacred inner life), and being with the community (3 or more people) representing external life. In these three moments, the Essenes must be trustful, pure, and respectful to all. The Essenes store (located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) has been named so because the products that they sell are healthy and respectful to ones temple (which is important towards the lifestyle).

The religion of Sufism consists of followers striving to be one with "The Truth," either being God, his teachings, or the answers to life. Sufis see Truth through devotion and as much love as can be provided. One of the many Sufis of the world was Hazrat Inayat Khan (born July 5, 1882), who was very dedicated to the teachings of his Sufi ancestors and passing them on to others.

These three religions are believed to have been the founders of the three Abraham religions. the Kabalarian Philosophy is the inner foundation of Judaism, known as the Kaballah, saying that a person can choose their own destiny. Sufism was the beginning if Islam before the Sunni and the Shi'ite, releasing any negativity and only loving towards God. The Essenes are also known as the root toward Christianity. Many also believe that Jesus was apart of the Essenes (being called Master Jesus). What Christians and Essenes have in common is their hard work and effort to reaching God.

I feel that these independent religions are important for people who follow the modern religions of Abraham to acknowledge. Knowing these valuable facts can improve the persons way of living, and their perspective on the world today. If the people of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism know of the past religions and their creators, it may even change the perspectives of the people of the world .
